More than half a century ago, Tjokro Group started with a simple commitment: to serve our customers with dedication, reliability, and care. Over the years, I have witnessed how our company has grown from a small operation into a group with more than fifty branches across Indonesia, serving customers from various industries. This journey has never been about growth alone. It has always been about how we can continuously improve ourselves and become better for the people who trust us. As our business evolved, so did our capabilities. We expanded our services, strengthened our manufacturing facilities, embraced new technologies, and continuously developed the knowledge and skills of our people. From mining, oil & gas, steel, cement, power plant, petrochemical, marine, and many other industries, we have always believed that being close to our customers and understanding their needs is the key to providing the right solutions.

I am proud of what Tjokro Group has achieved, but I believe our greatest achievement is the trust and loyalty that our customers have given us throughout the years. That trust is what motivates us to keep moving forward. Our journey is far from over. Technology will continue to change, industries will continue to evolve, and new challenges will always come. But one thing will remain the same: our commitment to keep learning, keep improving, and keep delivering the best service we can.

As the business principle from our founder Mr. Sutrisno Eddy Tjokro, “Do the job with your heart and passionate care”, we will always follow this business principle. This is more than just a saying. It is the spirit that has guided Tjokro Group from the beginning, and it will continue to guide us as we strive to become a trusted global player.

Behind every journey, there is a family that becomes the foundation.

Tjokro Group has always been deeply connected to Tjokro family. Tjokro family had the dedication, hard work, and sacrifices that shaped this company. These experiences taught the family that building a business is not only about achieving success, but also about creating something meaningful for the generations that come after us.

Tjokro family has been part of every chapter of this journey. We have celebrated achievements, faced challenges, and learned from every experience together.

As Tjokro Group continues to grow, we hope we can carry forward the values that have been passed down through our family integrity, dedication, passion, and the courage to keep improving. What we have today is not the work of one person or one generation. It is a journey built together, and one that we hope future generations will continue to carry forward.

For more than five decades, Tjokro Group has continued to grow through dedication, trust, and a commitment to keep improving.

What began as a small business in 1968 has grown into a group serving a wide range of industries across Indonesia. Throughout this journey, our leadership has remained focused on one principle: to build a company that creates lasting value for our customers, our employees, and the generations to come.

The Board of Commissioners and Directors carry the responsibility of continuing this journey. We believe that leadership is not only about making decisions, but also about preserving the values that built Tjokro Group while embracing new ideas, technology, and opportunities for the future.

Guided by our founder’s philosophy, “Do the job with your heart and passionate care,” we continue to move forward with the same spirit to serve with dedication, improve with purpose, and grow together.
